Report bad service attendance

Gave attendant a $20.00 dollar bill. Attendant wouldn't not give change back from gas purchase. In fact she said you didn't give me a $20.00 bill. Gas purchased on Pump number 11. In Milan Tennessee Murphy Gas Station at Walmart.

I have been contacting you but no one ever responds. The people at the murphy store I go to said they would fix my account but no one ever has. I had a murphy account for a years with the phone number {{Redacted}}. I have a lot of points built up that I had not used. (I believe it was 1400 to 1800 points). I moved May 7, 2021. My landline number changed to {{Redacted}}. My cell phone is {{Redacted}}. I no longer have any points and I would like to know why you could not transfer them. Please let me know something. Horrific experience

To be blamed and accused of stealing gas and threatened by her call to the police and eventually pulled over by the police cause of the call..Id like to speak to someone... thank you. Absolutely treated like a criminal

I've heard from many former employees that your manager is the problem here. You are loosing a ton of $ closing at random times because employees keep quitting. It's extremely frustrating for customers!

Didn't receive points

On 2 different occasions in Stilwell Oklahoma I got fuel and didn't receive my points. I'm not sure if the pumps are messed up or what. I was very disappointed.

They overcharge for these pod and kept hanging up when I was calling to try to talk with someone said the manager was gone and she was just there still a girl laughed and kept hanging up so that was in Covington

Its about the cashier complaining about counting change with a attitude.This particular store has no lobby so we are getting serviced outside in the Heat might I add while she's complaining about doing her Job.

User's recommendation: Take business elsewhere to many other gas/ store's around to put up with rude customer service Period especially when your standing outside in the Heat & she's in the Air now who should be complaining. EXACTLY!!
