I have been shopping at Murphy USA for 5+ years and have never used any of the Murphy USA phone app Rewards.
I logged into the app, and noted that my account balance was lower than what it should be. I looked through the rewards history in the app, and noticed that 2 rewards redemptions were placed between 9/19 and 9/28 of 2023 (in Florida).

I live in AL, and have not been to FL, and the amount of fill-up is almost double my car's tank size.
After contacting the customer service line, and confirming the fraudulent redemptions, I was told, "Sorry, we can not adjust tour points after 7 days". Escalated to management, with the same response. No exceptions to this absurd policy. Since I was not at fault here, and have been punished by the lack of security of using someone's phone number that did not have 'customer verification security setting' PIN set-up (this is not a mandatory setting, and no instructions are available on setting this up as a default).

This was the first (and likely LAST) time I will deal with a company that doesn't care about customer care and satisfaction.
USER BEWARE! SCAM ALERT, and good luck getting help.

I was fired yesterday because I walked off the job Friday so that I didn't get in a fight and didn't start arguing and fighting with a co-worker who was calling me a *** and yelling at me telling me I was being *** to the assistant manager whenever in fact I wasn't trying to be rude or be a *** to her through text communication and she was telling me the reason why I was being a *** according to her so whenever she wouldn't shut up about it which she had no right to say anything about it in the first place I grabbed my things and I punched out and I went home then I text my boss I text my assistant manager and I text my district manager and I got fired for it but yet Christine has lied and made schedule changes and said I switched her shifts when I had proof that we didn't one time not so long ago and never even got in trouble for it not a write up nothing ever happened to her for her causing me to almost get in trouble by not being at work when I wasn't even supposed to be there but I did get around and go into work when I wasn't scheduled to work and I had not made any change or nor did I have agreement to switch shifts and I showed my boss these messages between me and her and how I never switched her shifts and my boss told me how she had said things about me like she thinks I need to go and told me a whole list of reasons why she was so pissed at Christine right now but yet she turns around and gets away with murder every thing she does is okay... Not to mention she broke up with her boyfriend and then wanted me to refuse service to a paying customer that had did nothing wrong and when I didn't that's when all these issues occurred and she blocked me on her phone and she said stupid stuff to me and didn't get in trouble for anything...

There's always been this favoritism and when I contacted the district manager about the situation I never heard nothing back from her about it any of it..then another coworker Frank has cussed me out as a paying customer twice and never got fired for it they said the only reason he didn't get fired the last time that he cussed me out as a paying customer was because they didn't have nobody to cover his hours he's also went out the door screaming it's a that takes a special kind of *** stupid right there when somebody drove off with the gas nozzle still in their vehicle he not only yelled that once but he yelled it twice to the customer he's not been a pleasant customer service attendant and yet they still keep him and even Christine's pretty rude and not very nice to her customers and a lot of people don't like her but they still choose to keep her because of the favoritism with her for sure but yet I'm getting fired for doing what I thought was the right thing and leaving the job so that nothing physical happened or any arguments or anything else transpired from her actions and her disrespect. Those are both terminal offenses and they didn't get terminated or much less even get in trouble for these things so I don't feel like I was treated fairly and I want this investigated and looked into because it's not right the favoritism and the way that I've been discriminated against basically is how I feel for doing what I thought and believed would be the right thing to do so that I didn't get fired !!

I had .70 cents off per gallon and i went to use it and it wasn't there

I asked about my points for gas, I was using the one in Louisville and I guess the screen doesn't get all the numbers for your identification , and the car saidni haven't used the service since Dec of 22 and that 90 day of inactivity deletes your fuel points, from which I never knew that. But for customer loyalty I would have resolved it by adding the discount back to the costomers identification number and wished them a good day. I shop at Walmart at least3-4 times a week.

She was very polite and apologized to me for that sales associate that had an attitude and tahe was gone contact the associate and that no employee talk to any customer no matter how aggravated a associate was with a customer they should never be rude to customers or cuss them and ask or tell them to get the *** hone or cuss a customer for a *** or any other curse words towards their customers under no circumstances
