Harassment and racial slur from Murphy's employee
A customer before me walked off as I was approaching register, see employee her head out of the window flipping off,and saying *** you n word to the previous customer who was leaving, at first I thought the employee was saying and doing it to me so I asked what was going on, she said she refused his identification card, I didn't want to escalate the situation,so I remained as polite to the employee as possible, but was very upset at the employees actions,and will be speaking to an attorney about this,as well as the previous customer, no employee should act this way, is also on camera as well.

Employee should be fired immediately for disgusting,and unprofessional behavior towards paying customers, children could've been in line waiting,and heard the employees vulgarity. Also will have an attorney look into this.
Cant register on the app

The 3 attendants last night were rude and not helpful I had to call police I was charge 20 for gas and stopped at 6.83 Went inside Was rudely treated told to go outside and put debit card on pump 12 again paid 15 dollars and got 0.85 cents So for $35 dollars I got $6.83 plus $0.85 I was told to leave thats when I called police

Seems like the manager an assistant manager are very lazy
Seems like every time we go in to the store that its usually some guy named clay the only one working. The older lady an some huge girl are managers an they hardly wont do anything. They are just always on there phone with an ear piece in an cant get anything right. Constant laziness that comes from the managements part. Not sure I should report what Ive seen I. There to there corporate office or HR. They need new managers at that store is what we see. Time for a new change Murphys

Terrible customer sevice
I went to the pump to get gas today at about 2:45pm and I also needed cigarettes. So the pump asked me do you want to pay the cashier so I hit yes. The pump cleared so I pumped my gas, noted my pump number went in and said that I wanted to pay for the gas on pump 14....

Attendant was rude to my husband
Attendant was rude to my husband. Pump did not take Murphy's credit card so I asked my husband who was waiting in line for a purchase to ask the attendant to turn on the pump so I could fill up my car. She said she couldn't turn on pump without knowing how much I wanted to put in. Filling it up, means filling it up. (We have done this many times because lots of times we cannot read the pumps because of the sun shining on them.) We have Love's and many other stations in our town and I will be using them in the future.

I was told that I took too long in the bathroom and the attendant yelled at me in front of many customers and then proceeded to come and lock the bathroom door saying "I will remember you, you can not use the restroom again. Then turned to the person he was working with (training I believe) and told her to remember me and not to let me use the restroom ever again. I am sry that I took to long for his preference but I am a woman and had womanly things to take care of. This was humiliating at best. This was at the Murphy's in Lilburn, Ga off Hwy 29. You actually broke the la by getting in teh car. Every state has a law against this.
In teste getting in and out of car can cause a fire.
You failed to monitor your pump. You must pay for any spills you created.
