Needed to get a receipt but the cashier had the doors locked we thought she was in the bathroom and waited for about 20 minutes then we looked through the window because we thought something was wrong. As I looked through the window I could see her hiding behind the cash register on her phone and eating a sandwich. Arden NC

I visited the gas station store 3-4 times a week. The gas is much lower than local competitors and is conveniently located. Each time I enter the store portion, there is a female employee who is wearing a confederate flag sweatshirt. I think this is inappropriate and sends the wrong message to several black patrons who frequently visit the store. The store is Murphy Gas Station 3030 Edgewood road in Cedar Rapids, Iowa next to Walmart. Come on this 2022.

Germ passing cashier
with covid still around, the cashier with missing teeth was wiping her nose with her shirt sleeve, gross and completely unacceptable. Few days prior. a black cashier was over charging people with credit cards.

For 3 tuesdays I went and they don't have 305 menthol 100s
Im disabled Im pissed that I was told that they get cigarettes delivered on Tuesday, I have gone 3 tuesdays and they dont have any 305 menthol 100s . Got 2 cartons the last time so I wouldnt go so often and I had to go to a supermarket and thats a lot of walking. I need the cartons . Please deliver more , or many they should put a limit on the amount of cartons they sell , even if its someone they know. Im really pissed off when I wait in line to find out they dont have any.

I was told that I had to spend $50.00 or more if I was going to pay with $100i was getting gas and a couple of other items which totaled 38.00. So I guess my money is not good enough for them so I will take my business else where. I will not trade with this company any longer and will post this on Social media and News stations.

When I go in unnoticed on foot the machines are on but if they see my vehicle pull up the machines are off

I used to go several times a week for a fountain soda. Then one day, they said they're out of soda and their machine no longer accepted my card. I got the feeling they didn't want me back even though I'm very friendly. I went back a few months later, a few days ago, and they rushed to turn the soda machines off again and didn't look at me! Seriously?? Even other customers couldn't get their soda cuz they turned the machines off cuz of me! Yeah, forget Murphey's! I go to another place now and they're grateful for my business! I went in again when they couldn't see my vehicle pull up and the soda machine was back on. Lol. How immature and unprofessional. You all should know this. Brand new store too. User's recommendation: Avoid Murphey's gas stations! Go elsewhere.

I was chased out of your store by a worker. I called for her name the other worker hung up in my face. Do not go to Murphy's. I was literally chased out the store by a worker

I pulled up to get gas and they was closing and was not supposed to close until 11:30pm est.
I was headed inside to pay for the gas I needed and the girl told me that they were closed And wouldnt serve me. The girl was rude and thats not good customer service. Just because of her Murphy USA lost business
