I bought $10 worth of gas and y'all took $50 off of my card I needed my $40 and still have not received it back

I get out my car to pump gas and while doing so. I get back in my car bc its cold.
After a minute and being close to done filling up. I get back out of my car. Only to realize the pump had literally been pouring gas out of the hose the whole time! I immediately go and tell the employee.
Not only was she aware of this problem but she was rude (which is not surprising from this employee) as well! She NEVER ONCE apologized or did anything to resolve the problem!! After being told she walked over looked and walked right back away. Half the gas I pumped was wasted on the ground, along with the money I spent!
Im a frequent customer here. So unfortunately, this isnt the first time. That Ive had to deal with her rudeness and lack of doing her job! Which is sad.
However, regardless of the situation its her job to resolve issues while on the clock!
Clearly, she doesnt know how to do that or many other parts of her job. Bc she sucks incredibly bad at it!

Discrimination and rudeness
I have been coming to murphys since they opened in Gadsden Alabama, and never have i been talked to Like Miss Linda spoke to me. She was very threatening, eye rate, and also spoke of having a gun on the property and i am now in fear to go back to my favorite store.
I arrived at the store to purchase gas.
I have Deaf friends and they always come to me for help because i can hear an talk for them if there is an altercation. On this day one friend was with me an he asked me to find out what the problem was an ask miss linda why was she always so rude to him a few days prior. I said okay i will no problem. My husband paid for gas at pump an the pump did not work so i proceeded inside.
There where 2 workers inside. Linda was 1 of the 2. She was counting her register complaining out loud an rudely about the manager asking for no calls after 8pm or before 8 am im not sure. The register was saying she was short 2,500$ because the day shift had not counted thier register.
I leaned toward the counter an said ( hi miss linda i have a question for a friend however i will wait till u finish counting so u dont get confused.) Her husband walked in to stand and wait for her has those 2 complained about manager miss linda then finished her count an she walked out the door an i followed out to ask her what was the problem between her and my friend. That he was deaf and he felt as if she discriminated against him a few days before. She automatically snapped her neck an placed her neck sideways trying to intimidate me. She wanted to know what he looked like so i told him to step out of my truck.
All he wanted was answers. She was mocking how he sounds. When he using sign language she was very discriminative at that time. I was so nice through the entire convo and she was acting very offensive.
She told him he cant come back because of his behavior an screaming. HE IS DEAF SO He has No Clue How Loud he is. He said on they day she told him he was banned he came in to make a tobacco purchase, he tried pointing to show her an she got mad because he was touching stuff an she couldnt understand him then she acted out for him to go away. And of course he was upset.
She claims he can speak but No the *** he cant. I am very very upset about his incident along with mine. She is very hateful, eyerate, rude, an threatening. Im very pissed over this, seeing that i use murphys all the time, check my rewards 205421****.
Also the day after my incident another employee from the same store found me on Facebook, i had no clue who she was. I messaged her asking who she was an she said she worked at murphys and said miss linda came to work the following day saying stuff about i said this an that about other employees. This worker linda is a dangerous employee an is being allowed in your store to say things an start thing with other people ON CAMERA. ENOUGH IS DAMN ENOUGH.

She walked up an grabbed my shoulder roughly to act out the day of her and my friends argument. I absolutely do not appreciate nor agree with the type of intimidating technique's she used.

Gas station not oopening on time.
Preferred solution: Them to open up on time so we can get back to our normal routine.

They did this to my grandma who is the same age at a store in KY. Clearly something is messed up within their company policy because she had bought from this store before with no issues. They need to retrain their staff and stop disrespecting seniors.
